The yogurt itself can be an excellent facial mask, even if you don’t add any ingredients, simply apply it to the skin.
It is absolutely suitable for all skin types.
But if you add some fruits or vegetables into yogurt, such a mask will have an even better effect.
I want to remind you that you should take only natural yogurt, other yogurts will not have such an amazing effect.
Last time I offered you 2 masks for normal skin. But unfortunately, such type of skin is quite seldom. Many have dry or oily face skin.
Today I want to offer you 2 wonderful recipes of yogurt homemade facial masks for dry skin.
Dry skin needs special moisture and nutrition. I’m sure these masks will make your face skin moisturized and great-looking.
Recipe № 1:
- Grate half of an apple into a fine pulp.
- Mix it with 1 teaspoon of yogurt and 1 egg yolk.
Spread the mixture on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.
Recipe № 2:
- Puree 1 salad leaf in a blender or food processor.
- Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and mix them well.
Apply the mask to the face and let it stay for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
