Cosmetology experts consider yogurt masks are perfect for skin moisturizing, nourishing, and cleansing.
Yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps to regenerate skin cells.
If you add to juice or mashed vegetables or fruits to the yogurt, the useful effect of the mask will increase significantly.
Before making yogurt masks, you must remember that the best is plain organic yogurt without any additives.
